A Message from Edgefield Concerts
You won’t be surprised to hear that 2020 has brought some, well, surprises. Edgefield Concerts on the Lawn typically host a lot of people, so we are currently working with each artist and their representatives on the best course of action. Given the state of the live music industry and the world, this process can take some time. Hold on to your tickets until you hear specific details on your show. All current tickets will be honored on the rescheduled performance dates.

If a show is postponed, rescheduled or canceled, customers (including Passporters with tickets) will receive an email with available options and relevant information. For any rescheduled shows, your existing 2020 tickets will be honored at the new date and no further action is necessary.
If you are unable to attend a rescheduled performance for which you have tickets, you have options!
- Exchange your tickets to be used for an equal number of tickets to a future Edgefield concert or
- Exchange your tickets for an equal value McMenamins Gift Card. Can be used at any McMenamins Hotel, Pub or online store.
If you are interested in one of these exchange options, simply fill out the form provided to you in your postponement email within 30 days.

- You will receive an email notification if the show you currently have tickets for is not being rescheduled.
- If you’d like to continue supporting Edgefield Summer Concerts during these uncertain times, you will have 10 days to complete the exchange form attached to your cancellation email.
- To exchange in-person and phone purchased tickets for a McMenamins gift card or future Edgefield credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds for Canceled Concerts: Online ticket purchases will be refunded automatically within 30 days and no further action is required. For in-person and phone purchases, please contact your point of purchase.
- Passporter tickets are automatically reinstated in the Portal.
We will continue to refer to information from the CDC and local health and government authorities in order to make decisions about future activities. You can follow concert information at edgefieldconcerts.com.
