Accessibility & Mobility Information

Guests with mobility needs can review our Mobility Disability Information page

I can’t find my online ticket purchase email. How can I reprint tickets?

If you lose or misplace your Ticket confirmation email, you can now use our automated system, which will resend the email to you. Simply enter the email address and last 4 digits of the card used to purchase tickets here.

Can I bring my kids? Do kids get in free?

Guests of all ages are welcome to attend these shows. Concert-goers 3 years and older require a ticket.

What are acceptable chairs? Why aren’t personal chairs allowed?

Outside chairs are not allowed in the venue. A limited number of venue rental chairs will be available at most shows*.

Our primary goal is for everyone to have a great experience at Concerts on the Lawn. In order for this to happen, we had to regulate the size of chairs so that everyone can see the stage. However, checking chairs at entry has become cumbersome and time consuming, causing delays for people entering the venue.

In searching for a solution, we looked to other venues, and many have successful chair rental programs with uniform sizing, allowing everyone a fair chance to view the show. You are not required to rent a chair.

Personal seat cushions up to 16x16”, towels up to 30x60”, legless portable stadium seats and Crazy Creek-style seating (up to 16x16x 16") are acceptable in specific areas of the venue for most shows*. Blankets are not allowed.

*Please note: Chair rules may vary, and some artists may not allow rental chairs or outside seating of any kind. Check your show's info page to confirm specific seating rules.

Is standing or dancing allowed?

For many concerts, guests are permitted (and sometimes encouraged by the artist!) to stand and dance directly in front of the stage or in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. Situating your chair or blanket with a view of the stage does not guarantee you an unobstructed view. We do ask everyone to please be neighborly to other guests and refrain from conduct that is offensive or physically dangerous.

Can I bring an umbrella?

Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed in the venue, but can not be used in the reserved and general admission areas once the concert has begun.

Can I buy tickets on the same day as the show?

Yes! As long as you’re buying before show time on the day of the event, you can purchase tickets online or through charge-by-phone. After that, any remaining tickets may only be purchased at the amphitheater box office located onsite.

The show I want tickets to is sold out! Should I buy tickets on Craigslist?

Recently we’ve been advised of people doctoring print-at-home tickets and selling these on Craigslist for big profits. The buyers of these ticket are not admitted to the show, since the barcodes are fake. Due to these scams, we strongly advise you not to buy tickets to our shows through Craiglist or similar websites.

Can I bring in bottled water?

Yes, as long as it is in sealed plastic bottles. However, we encourage all guests to bring along empty reusable containers (no glass); free water stations are located within the venue.

Can I bring in a picnic?

No outside food and beverages (with the exception of sealed bottled water) may be brought into the venue. Food and beverages are available for purchase, along with soda, bottled water, McMenamins handcrafted ales, wines and spirits and more. See the food & drink menu for more details.

Can I bring my dog?

No pets are allowed in the concert venue.  *Trained service [not companion] animals on leash are admitted.

Can I leave the concert area after I’ve saved my spot?

No. Re-entry is not allowed.

Am I allowed to bring fireworks?

No fireworks allowed.

What about cannabis?

You are not allowed to bring any form of cannabis onto the premises.

What are “reserved seating” and “Premium GA," as opposed to general admission?

Every show offers general admission (GA) tickets for seating on the lawn. For select shows, we also offer one of two additional options: Either Premium GA or Reserved Seating.

Premium GA: immediately in front of the stage. Standing room only; no towels or chairs allowed.

Reserved Seating: immediately in front of the stage. Tickets are for assigned seats.

Click on “buy tickets” on a show to see which ticket/seating options are available.

Do you take credit or debit cards inside the venue?

Yes. Edgefield Concerts accept both cash and credit cards. There are ATMs available inside the Edgefield hotel, as well as within the concert venue itself.

Where do I park? Is there a fee?

Parking is included in your ticket service fee. Concert-goers can park in the East and West field lots located next to McMenamins Edgefield. There is staff posted at the entries and within the lots to assist you.

What does the ticket fee cover?

McMenamins works with locally operated CascadeTickets.com (which uses the operating system of Etix.com) – your ticket service fee includes parking at the Edgefield site, local law enforcement assistance with parking and traffic flow, as well as added security at the venue. Please note: For Edgefield Concert on the Lawn shows, the service fees apply whether you purchase your tickets online or in person at one of our box office. Therefore, save yourself the time and effort by purchasing tickets online!

What if it rains?

All events are held rain or shine. Umbrellas and tarps are not allowed, but jackets with hoods are!

What if I can’t make it?

There are no refunds on tickets. We suggest selling or giving your ticket(s) to someone you know.

What if I lost something?

All items turned in throughout the Edgefield property are gathered and logged at the hotel front desk, which has round-the-clock service. If you’re missing an item, please stop by or call the front desk at 503-669-8610.
