Seating

Seating varies by show and will either include a Reserved area with General Admission, or be entirely General Admission.

Maximum capacity is 7000.

All shows have an Mobility Disability area with limited space. See the Mobility Disability section below for details.

 Reserved Seating Shows:

  • General admission area: Bring your own low profile, single size chair (not exceeding 8 inches from the ground to the bottom of the seat and no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair). Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that blankets are no longer allowed in the venue. Beach towels up to 30" x 70" will be permitted.
  • Be considerate! On sold out nights the lawn can become crowded. Please do not reserve more space than you actually need on the lawn, allowing room for your fellow concertgoers to enjoy the evening. Concert staff reserves the right to condense parties and reseat patrons. If you have trouble finding a spot, please ask a concert staff member for assistance.
  • Seating, Standing & Dancing: Please be neighborly to other guests and refrain from conduct that is offensive or physically dangerous. During some concerts, the artists may encourage guests to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event.
  • Lines for entry may not form before 7 am the day of show.  No overnight camping in line.

Wheelchair IconPatrons with Mobility Disability Needs:

For our mobility-disabled patrons, we have a platform for wheelchairs, scooters, and mobility devices. A Patrons with Mobility Disability Ticket (PWMD Ticket) is required to access this area. Availability will be listed on each concert's ticketing page on Etix.com.

If you require accommodation based on a disability, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • The Edgefield amphitheater is accessible to individuals with mobility disability needs. Please note: the ground can be uneven.
  • PWMD Tickets are available for patrons with mobility disability needs and up to three (3) companions. Companions must purchase PWMD Tickets as well.
  • PWMD Tickets will be required to access the specially marked section. Capacity in this section is limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance at etix or at any McMenamins ticket outlet.
  • PWMD Ticket holders can use the Mobility Disability Entrance from the East Lot.  This entrance provides direct access to the wheelchair platform area.
  • Guests are welcome to use the hotel turnaround/main entrance to drop off individuals or anyone unable to walk from the East or West Lots to the venue entrance.
  • Persons with ADA parking passes will be allowed to park in the Edgefield Hotel ADA parking area or the East Lot ADA parking (limited spaces are available in both areas; please arrive early to the concert).

PLEASE NOTE
: If you aren't using a wheelchair or mobility scooter but do need assistance getting in to the concert venue or finding a place to sit that will work for you, we have staff and shuttles ready to help.  Please let your parking attendant or a staff member know and they can call someone to assist you.
