Venue Policies

Starting in 2024, outside chairs will not be allowed in the venue.

A limited number of venue rental chairs* will be available.

Venue rental chairs, outside seat cushions of up to 16” x 16”, beach towels of up to 30” x 60”, and legless portable stadium seat cushioning and/or Crazy Creek-style seating (up to 16" x 16" x 16") will be allowed in specific areas of the venue.

All shows have a Mobility Disability area with limited space.

If you require assistance getting into the concert venue, staff are available to help you settle in.  Please let your parking attendant or a staff member know.

*Venue rental chairs may be reserved when you purchase tickets. Availability is limited. Chair pickup is inside the venue, and we ask that you drop off at the same location after the show.

  • All events are held rain or shine.
  • All sales are final. Please examine your ticket for event date and time.
  • Concertgoers 3 years and older require a ticket.

  • Re-entry to the amphitheater will not be allowed for events unless otherwise noted.

  • Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed in the reserved or general admission areas and will only be permitted in designated areas.
  • Even though cannabis is legal in the privacy of your own home, it is illegal on the premises (in all forms) and is prohibited.
  • While pets are allowed on the grounds of Edgefield, they are not allowed inside the concert area - except for service animals.
  • No video recording or audio recording allowed.
  • No camping, RVs or camping trailers.
