Questions regarding tickets can be submitted via the form here.
Your patience is greatly appreciated as they work through the submissions. Please do not resubmit unless it has been 14 days since your original submission. Submissions are being addressed chronologically according to the concert date. They will respond to you as soon as possible.

Please note: For Edgefield Concert on the Lawn shows, the service fees apply whether you purchase your tickets online or in person at one of our box offices. Therefore, save yourself the time and effort by purchasing tickets online!

Lost your Online Ticket Purchase Email?:
If you lose or misplace your Print at Home confirmation email, you can now use our automated system which will resend the email for you. Simply enter the email address and last 4 digits of the card used to purchase tickets here.
Box Office/Gate Times:
On concert days, the onsite box office at Edgefield opens at 3 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. Please note: Gates may open early as determined day of show.
Will call and onsite ticket purchasing:
If you purchase tickets anytime before showtime on the day of the event, your tickets can be picked up at Edgefield on the day of the show, typically beginning at 4 p.m.
For each show, we have a Will Call/Ticketing/Box Office tent set up at the main concert entrance located outside the east end of the Hotel. Tickets are held at this location, and, if applicable, tickets for the show may be purchased here.
Do kids get in free?
Guests of all ages are welcome to attend these shows. Concert-goers 3 years and older require a ticket.
The show is sold out! Should I consider a ticket reseller?
BE CAREFUL- many resellers are scalpers and scammers. We can only GUARANTEE admission if the ticket was purchased directly from ETIX/CASCADE. Although we do not endorse any resellers we advise you to make sure the company is legit, that they have a real customer service department and strongly advise against any type of peer to peer ticket purchases.
Refunds for Canceled Concerts: Online ticket purchases will be refunded automatically within 30 days and no further action is required. For in-person and phone purchases, please contact your point of purchase.
- Passporter tickets are automatically reinstated in the Portal.
